We are looking for someone preferably by Dec 15th, but not before. We have all appliances in the house (incl laundry), and there is a pool, hot tub, tennis court, and fitness room in the complex, as well as off-street parking. The condo overlooks open space, and is far enough away from the IV scene, but close enough to UCSB. The rent for the room is $750 and utilities usually run about $50 per month which includes wireless internet and cable TV. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.
We are 2 23 yr old females and 1 23 yr old male. I am graduating from UCSB in December with a degree in biology, and will be working at the hospital and applying to PA school for the next year or so. My boyfriend, who shares my room and bathroom with me, is studying computer science at UCSB, and works part-time from home. Our roommate (who you would be sharing the bathroom with) is also a recent graduate in political science, applying to law school, and working at a law firm downtown. Our goals and responsibilities are really important to us, but we do like to have a good time as well. This is not a party house, if anything we might have a few drinks at home with 1 or 2 other people, but nothing crazy. Otherwise we'll go downtown. We are really into food, cooking, and wine, enjoy being outside, and trying to stay healthy. We don't like any kind of drama, and keep things pretty light-hearted. Our main priorities in a roommate are: 1. that you can pay the rent on time, 2. CLEANLINESS, and 3. that we get along with you. We'd like to make a friend rather than just sharing our house with you. We'd prefer a girl in her 20s.
No smoking or pets. $750 deposit. December rent would be pro-rated.

The Landlord has informed me that if i cant fill the new lease which is due by the end of december, That he has no choice but to give it to other groups who have been trying to reserve this place...because its that good of deal!....meaning i'd be evicted. The Basics: Located on 6500 Block, Rent =575, utilities run about 45-50 per month, you would have to put down deposit and 1st month rent when signing the lease(575+575). The Goods: Free laundry, private parking lot with plenty of space, and in my opinion 575 to share rooms that are farely large. 2.5 bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms w/ 2 sinks, and one single shower and one single toilet seperate. I've been here since 2005 and have had some great times here, and the living situation has been great to me...but living with 5 other guys has taken its toll, so I'm kinda looking for girls to come in to keep this place cleaner, but basically at this point whatever i can get will work because i dont want to leave this house! The landlord will be coming in before the new lease and fixing, repainting and doing whatever we have to do to make this place look new again(no its not that bad) So message me if you're interested, keep in mind i will be selective as possible with my time frame, but i'm a pretty easy going guy. The apt is a two bedroom and 1 bath at Cliff House Apts. Parking is either carport, parking lot, or street but everyone switches out each week so it works out. Its walking distance to SBCC and its ocean view!! Its furnished by the other girls that live there so you dont need to bring any furniture except a bed and desk (if you want one). Rent is $462.25 for each roommate and you pay it on the first of every month. Utilities are not included but they are no more then $50 (but usually less im just giving you an estimate) and the deposit is $425. I need someone either by December or January to take my place, its really up to whenever you would need the place.
