The appartment has a lot of space, two rooms total and you'll have it all for yourself most of the time because my roomates are going ot be away most of the summer. The rent is $550 plus utilities (30 to 40 for cable, internet and electricity!). Available May 1st but if you need to move in later that's fine. The room offered is a shared room but the other girl stays at her boyfriends house every night (only slept at home twice). It's a large room, big closets, connecting bathroom, and balcony. The house includes 2 fabulous and responsible girls and 1 down to earth guy, they are all 420 friendly and like to party when it's appropriate, all 20 years old. We have a two car garage, backyard, nice new kitchen, and comfortable living room. The house is two blocks away from the City College and two blocks from Shoreline Park and the beach. It's a perfect location, perfect house, and perfect roommates. Anyone would be lucky to live here. The rent is $481 plus cable/internet, gas, and electric which ends up being about $100/month all together. Water and trash is paid by the landlord. I will be moving within the month and have to set up someone to move in May 1st. First/last/security deposit due at move in ($1562). You get your own closet, and it's big enough to fit a double size bed. There's also a pool and common room. Laundry facilities on-site.
The other 2 girls that are staying are nice and clean. They even have a PS3 and Wii. You can pick which girl you want to room with.

The room is in a house with 4 bedrooms in the main house, a converted garage, and a "cottage" in the backyard. In total we have 7 people living here. The house is very diverse, with men and women, as well as undergrads, grads, and non-students. This isn't just a house, it's a home.
For $610 per month, plus about $65 per person in utilities, you can have your own room with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom is a good size and the living room is HUGE (it fits 3 couches, an air hockey table, a fooseball table, and a big screen TV with room to spare).
The house is located on Tajo Drive, off of Hollister and Turnpike. 25 minute bike ride to campus, 25-30 mins by bus, or about 10-15 minute drive to either campus or downtown.
