PERFECT FOR UCSB or SBCC STUDENTS! We are a house of 1 male (22) & 1 female(20) students (not a couple) at both UCSB and SBCC and would like someone who is ok with co-ed living and around the same age. The house is kept fairly clean all the time. There are thick walls between units, and have never had a single problem with noise. This is not a "rager house" but def enjoy music and beverages from time to time. People with open personalities that like to engage with their roommates are encourage to respond!
The house features brand new appliances, marble counter tops, hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room area as well as a fire place. There is carpeting and ceiling fans throughout the bedrooms.
Total rent: $2,750. (divided equally by each of the rooms.) MONTH-MONTH LEASE.
The master bedroom is fit for TWO people to share @ $625 per person/month OR for a SINGLE @ $1250/month + UTL. Bedroom includes own private bathroom with single stand up shower and dual sinks - also marble and tile flooring. There is a large closet and plenty of room for two QUEEN SIZED BEDS, a desk, or dresser needed or anything else!
The house includes a 2 car garage and visitor parking w/ parking passes. There are bus stops along the streets (12x, 11, 6 & Goleta Shuttle), close to restaurants, gas stations, and a 5 minute drive-bus ride-taxi to the airport, 10 minutes away from UCSB, and a 15 min. drive to SBCC and downtown State Street.
UTL are not included - water, gas, cable, electric all add up to be $120 (give or take) every month.
